This service is designed for beginning clients who are seeking to build a better business plan that they have yet to put into action. The deposit secures a series of sessions that allow our constulatns to perform a Brain Dump, Site Visit and Budget / Phasing of the real estate development process. 3 months of advisory services to develop basic concepts and source architects to develop plans for permitting. Sourcing of materials, labor and furniture. Assistance with the basic concept of the interior & exterior design.
