Service Description

The initial BrainDump work is required to fully understand the projects gaps, needs, goals and budgets. A review of business plans, prioritization of goals and audit of brand / community to find areas for improvement. Rapid analysis of problems and questions to determine immediate needs / solutions to priority problems. One half of the time is spent getting answers to a standardized list of questions that we require to properly diagnose the project. The other half of the time is spent receiving questions and getting immediate advice on operational roadblocks, project management, creative direction and crisis resolution.
